James graduated with an MSci in Theoretical Physics from University College London in 2013, remaining there to study for a PhD in Quantum Physics.
James joined Gill Jennings & Every in 2017.
James is working towards full qualifications as a UK and European patent attorney.
James works on a wide array of technology areas within the fields of physics, engineering and software. He has gained particular experience working on telecommunication protocols, vehicular systems, medical devices and payment systems.
James works with a variety of clients, ranging from small domestic start-ups to large multinational organisations. His regular work involves prosecuting European and international patent applications, and he has experience working on European oppositions and appeals.
James has a degree in Theoretical Physics from University College London, and he remained at UCL to study for a PhD in Quantum Physics. His doctoral work focused on methods to mitigate the effects of noise in quantum systems.
In his spare time, James likes to keep active by running and swimming, and he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son.
