Lisa is a Qualified Paralegal and Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.
Lisa holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property from Bournemouth University and is a member of CITMA having passed the Administrator’s Course in 2010. She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Paralegal Studies with the National Association of Licensed Paralegals. Prior to moving into intellectual property law, Lisa was a Conveyancer for a large regional firm of solicitors.
Trade Mark Paralegal
Supporting the firm’s trade mark team, Lisa focuses primarily on assignments, merger and change of ownership recordals, legalisation, research and due-diligence, and processing of trade marks on a worldwide basis. She is also involved in setting up and monitoring customs and watch applications and assists Trade Mark Attorneys in drafting trade mark specifications.
Lisa has worked in the intellectual property field since early 2009, particularly in trade marks. She has worked both in private practice and in-house for a worldwide spirit and wine company via secondment.
