Martin and his team are responsible for all aspects of the firm’s core finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, billing, credit control, sales and purchase ledger, cash flow and creditor management, payroll and the production of management information and accounts.
He also works closely with all areas of the business to streamline processes and ensure that GJE operates as efficiently and as profitably as possible.
Martin is an ACCA qualified accountant with over 15 years’ PQE.
