Helen is a Trainee Patent Attorney in the IT & Engineering group, working towards full qualification as a European and UK Patent Attorney. She is involved in the drafting and prosecution of European and UK patent applications.
Outside of work, Helen is a keen rower, and sailor.
Helen’s areas of specialism are mainly in the physics and mechanical engineering fields. She has particular experience dealing with:
- Scientific apparatus
- Quantum Technologies
- Optical Instruments
- Superconductor devices
Helen graduated from Oxford University with a First Class Master’s degree in Physics. Her final year project involved experimental work investigating the properties of novel, unconventional superconducting materials at cryogenic temperatures, in high magnetic fields. Helen joined GJE in 2023.
