Isaac is an Australian and New Zealand Patent Attorney and is currently working towards qualifying as a European and UK Patent Attorney. He has experience in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications across a variety of fields, predominately in the patentability of computer implemented inventions.
Isaac has worked with a broad range of clients, including multinational companies, universities and startups, and has prosecuted patent applications before the Australian, New Zealand, and Singapore Patent Office.

Isaac graduated from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia), with a Bachelor of Science with honours in Nanotechnology. He also holds a Master’s in Intellectual Property from the University of Technology (Sydney, Australia).
Isaac went on to obtain a Juris Doctor (LLM Law) from the Australian National University (Canberra, Australia) and is presently completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice for admission as an Australian lawyer.
Isaac joined the patent profession in 2012 at the Australian Patent Office as a Patent Examiner and eventually progressed to a Hearing Officer. He moved to private practice in 2019 at a leading Australian Intellectual Property firm before joining Gill Jennings & Every LLP in 2023.
Isaac is currently working towards qualification as a European and UK Patent Attorney.
