Shashank is a part-qualified European Patent Attorney and a qualified Indian Patent Attorney. He handles patent applications in the field of information and communication technology, and software inventions related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, wireless networks, and database technologies.
Shashank has worked with renowned IP law firms in India and prosecuted patent applications for reputed multinational clients at the Indian Patent Office. He has also been part of big IP service providers in India, where he has worked on patent search and analytics.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and exploring outdoors.

Indian Patent Attorney
Shashank received his degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2011. After graduating, he worked with start-ups to program and design mobile applications for Android devices.
He began his journey in IP in 2014 with a renowned IP services company providing patent search and analytics services to multinational clients. From 2017-2019, he has worked with some reputed law firms in India to do patent prosecution and represent client in hearings before the Indian Patent Office.
In 2019, Shashank joined a European law firm in Munich, where he began his training to become a European Patent Attorney. He joined GJE in 2022, working towards his qualifications as a UK and European Patent Attorney.
