Jenna Massey

Jenna is practice director at GJE and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She leads the firm’s people strategy and business operations, working closely with the partners to shape the firm’s strategic direction, strengthen organisational performance and support the firm’s continued growth.

With more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within international law firms, Jenna specialises in people strategy, organisational design, leadership development, operational improvement and change management. She is passionate about creating high-performing teams, developing future leaders and helping people and businesses achieve their full potential.

Outside work, Jenna enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
