Kayleigh is a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney. As part of her training towards qualification, she deals with a variety of clients across different industries and helps in preparing applications and oppositions.
Outside of work, she enjoys visiting (free) cultural and scientific museum exhibitions and having brunch.
Kayleigh is particularly interested in:
- Trade Mark infringement actions
- Opposition and cancellation procedures at the UKIPO
Kayleigh graduated from the London School of Economics in 2022 with a first class LLB. She also achieved an entry on the Dean’s List 2021/22 for Intellectual Property Law. She joined GJE in October 2022.
