Alice Anderson

Alice is a trade mark specialist with almost 15 years’ experience helping businesses build, protect and maximise the value of their brands. She works closely with clients to develop practical and commercially focused brand protection strategies, guiding them from the early stage of trade mark selection and clearance through to filing, prosecution, enforcement and ongoing portfolio management.

Alice has particular expertise in advising start ups and growing UK businesses. She enjoys helping founders navigate the complexities of brand protection, ensuring the right questions are asked from the outset and providing strategic advice that supports long term growth. Alice has developed extensive experience supporting businesses preparing to launch new products.

Alongside her work with start ups, Alice advises multinational organisations on trade mark enforcement, portfolio management and strategic reviews. She regularly conducts trade mark portfolio health checks, identifying opportunities to strengthen and align IP protection with wider commercial objectives.

Alice graduated from the University of Bristol with an honours degree in biochemistry. Alice also has a master’s degree in intellectual property law from Queen Mary, University of London. She was promoted to senior associate in January 2026.
