Chris graduated from the University of Sheffield with an Honours degree in Physics. He also holds the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
Chris joined Gill Jennings & Every in 2013.
Chris is working towards full qualification as a UK and European patent attorney.
Chris completed a Master’s Degree in Physics studying a range of topics including nuclear physics, advanced mathematics, and magnetism and electrodynamics. His Master’s project involved design, assembly and testing of a cantilever actuator for use in super high-resolution atomic force microscopy.
Chris has worked with individual inventors, SMEs and multinational corporations in technical fields including industrial machinery, document security, and oil and gas, and has experience in the drafting and prosecution of UK, European and foreign patent applications, and in the handling of contentious matters including oppositions at the European Patent Office and advising on infringement issues.
