Will there be any tests involved?
Some support roles will include a test on the day of your interview and if this is relevant to the role you have applied for, we will let you know in advance. Tests are always tailored to the role you are applying for and do not require any advance preparation.
Do I need any specific qualifications?
If any specific qualifications are required, these will be listed on the person specification on the vacancy advert.
I can’t see a role that suits my experience, can I apply speculatively?

What are the stages of the application process?
After submitting your CV and covering letter on our careers portal, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt from our HR team. Your CV will be reviewed by the line manager and the HR team and if successful, you will be invited for a face to face interview.

What training will I receive?
GJE is committed to the continued training and development of all employees. You will begin with a tailored induction programme to help you get to grips with your role and how things work at GJE. We offer ad-hoc internal and external courses and workshops and encourage many of our support staff to study for the CIPA & ITMA administration qualifications.
