Nathalie studied Biochemistry at Cardiff University. She also has a Masters (with Distinction) in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London.
Nathalie joined Gill Jennings & Every in 2016 and qualified as a UK Trade Mark Attorney in 2013.
Prior to joining GJE, Nathalie worked in-house for a leading luxury brand and prior to that, for another firm of patent and trade mark attorneys.
Nathalie assists businesses with all aspects of their branding, from the initial selection and clearance of a trade mark, through to filing and registration and advises on matters of enforcement, including infringement, and oppositions.
Nathalie assists businesses in many different sectors but her main areas of specialism are as follows:
• FMCG, especially food and drink
• financial products and services
• electronic and mechanical devices
Nathalie works with a broad range of clients from start-ups through to multinationals. Notable clients include a globally leading audio interface supplier and the first company to have achieved regulatory approval for a cannabis-based medicine.
In her spare time, Nathalie enjoys socialising with friends and playing all kinds of sports, although tennis is taking up most of her time lately.
