Hannah graduated from the University of Leeds with a first class Honours Degree in Chemistry. During her time at university, Hannah undertook an industrial placement year at BASF and undertook research in Canada at the University of Alberta developing dye-doped and conjugated polymer microlasers for sensing applications
Hannah’s Master’s research project focused on elucidating the surface structures of polymer substrates that promote or inhibit crystallisation of organic and inorganic molecules.
Hannah joined Gill Jennings & Every LLP in 2019, having previously worked at another firm of patent and trademark attorneys.
Hannah is working towards full qualifications as a UK and European patent attorney.
Hannah works on a wide variety of subject areas in the applied chemistry and pharmaceutical fields. Hannah works with a range of domestic and international clients, from start-ups and individual inventors to multinational corporations. Her regular work involves prosecuting UK and European patent applications and she has experience working on European oppositions.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys photography, travelling and trying out new recipes.
